How to find us
The Park Apartments are based on Broad Walk in the Pavilion Gardens, Buxton. Broad Walk is pedestrianised, so vehicular access is on Hartington Road, opposite Lightwood Dental Practice. A parking space in our off-road car park is included in your stay; there is also ample free roadside parking.

We are located close to Buxton Market Place. There is ample parking on the Market Place, with a reduced capacity on Market days Tuesday and Saturday.
If you are driving from Manchester Airport the easiest route is along the A555, taking a right onto the A6 then following through Disley, New Mills Newtown, along Chapel-en-le-Frith bypass, through Dove Holes and ultimately arriving in Buxton.
Trains run from Manchester and Manchester Airport, via Stockport and Hazel Grove, the station is around a 10 minute walk from our apartments.
There are also a number of charming bus routes to Buxton and the surrounding villages, including Bakewell and Chatsworth House. You can find information of the routes and timetables below.

You can Check-in with us from 3pm, Check-out by 10am.
Late checkout is available on Sundays and can be arranged for other days if available – please let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

We have an external bin room in the garden on the north terrace if you need to take out the rubbish. To open the door to the room you must lift the lid

Local Shops, Restaurants and Activites
The nearest shops are located on Buxton Market place, where you can find a Sainsburys and a Morrison’s Local which are open till 10pm most nights. There is also a butchers, pharmacy and a chip shop, cafés, bars and pubs. There is a regular market on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.
There is a more substantial shopping area in the lower part of Buxton too, where you can find your typical High Street brands such as Waitrose, WH Smiths, McDonald’s and Superdrug around a 5-10 mins walk away. This is where the majority of the restaurants that we recommend are based.

Stewart Medical Centre is the nearest GP located on Hartington Rd. There is a minor injuries hospital called The Cottage on the southern side of Buxton on London Rd.
