Buxton’s Crescent an iconic Grade 1 listed building, recently relaunched as a luxury spa hotel in 2020 after an £80M regeneration project. Designed by John Carr of York and erected between 1779 – 1789, the building has been extensively renovated to become a thermal spa hotel with a range of leisure and educational facilities to appeal to visitors of the area and the Peak District National Park.
The building also hosts indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa treatment rooms, shops and an interactive experience which takes you on a journey through the Crescent’s 250 year history. Click here for more information.
